This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.7 (b) in Crl.O.P No. 14641 of 2024 dated 25.06.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The condition imposed on the petitioner in para 7 (b) in Crl.O.P. No. 14641 of 2024 is modified as follows: 7 (b) the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- to the credit of crime No. 225 of 2024,before the judicial magistrate concerned within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready and on such deposit, the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the said amount on filing undertaking affidavit and proper identification and acknowledgment:
