Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to conduct a detailed enquiry against the fourth and fifth respondent for not paying the salary for a period of two months till 31.10.2012 by abusing their official position and for causing harassment to the petitioner to do their personal work not connected to his employment based on the representation dated 20.11.2012.
