The complainant in a complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act seeks leave of this Court to file an appeal against the Judgment of the XXI Additional Sessions Judge, dated 25.04.2022 in Crl.A.No.345 of 2018.
2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to grant leave to file an appeal.
3. Accordingly, leave to file an appeal is granted as prayed for and the Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
