ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.844/2026 dated 27/02/2026 directing the Petitioner to report before the trial Court concerned daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly without any violation from 09.03.2026 till now and hence, prayed to relax the condition.

3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police strongly objected the application, however would fairly submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the age of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.844/2026 dated 27/02/2026. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court concerned daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court once in a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 16-06-2026 MJS
