Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition had been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the respondents to issue the post mortem report of the Petitioner's deceased brother namely S.Palanimurugan, in connection with the case registered FIR in Crime No.615 of 2020, on the file of the Second Respondent herein.

ORDER

When the Case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that this Petition had been filed seeking copy of the Post-mortem report of the Petitioner's deceased brother namely S.Palanimurugan who died on 17.06.2020 in connection with the case registered FIR in Crime No.615 of 2020 on the file of the second Respondent herein.

2. The Respondent failed to furnish the copy of the PostMortem report to the Petitioner. It is further submitted that the deceased was the resident of Malaysia and for various proceedings regarding deceased Palanimurugan's passport and

other such proceedings, the Petitioners attempted to obtain a copy of the Post-Mortem Report which ended futile. Therefore, he had filed this Petition seeking copy of the Post-Mortem report from the second Respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the second Respondent had already furnished the copy of the Petitioner therein. When the learned Counsel for the Petitioner objects to the same, the learned Government Advocate furnished another copy directly to the counsel for the Petitioner in open Court with proper seal of the second Respondent. 4.On the basis of the said submissions, as the Petitioner had been furnished with the copy of the Post-mortem report of his deceased brother Palanimurugan, this Petition is disposed of.
