These petitions are filed to declare the petitioner in C.M.P.No.14722 of 2020/Vinoth Subbiah, son of Late.S.P.Palaniappan as major and discharge the natural guardian, the petitioner in C.M.P.No.14721 of 2020/Jothi from the guardianship of her son Vinoth Subbiah.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have produced Birth Certificate and PAN Card of Vinoth Subbiah to prove that he attained majority and he also produced a copy of the same.

3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the documents produced, these petitions are ordered accordingly.
