ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the auction notice on the file of the the first respondent in EP.No.29/2016-2017 dated 11.07.2022 and conditional attachment order in EP.No.181/2011-2012 dated 06.01.2012 in respect of the petitioner's property 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an appeal before the Sale Officer as provided under Section 135(2) of Tamilnadu Cooperative Societies Rules, 1988 within a 2/4

period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
