When the case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner's argument was over on 06.07.2022. The case was adjourned to 13.07.2022 to hear the submission of the learned Counsel for the Respondent.

2. On 06.07.2022 notice was served and the name of the Respondent was printed in the cause list. To verify whether any counsel is appearing for the Respondent and to hear the submission of the learned Counsel for the Respondent only, the case was adjourned to 13.07.2022.

3. Today, when the case came up for hearing, though Mr.A.Raghuraman, learned Counsel for the Respondent has already filed vakalat, his name is not printed in the cause list.

4. The learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that he has no objection to transfer the Domestic Violence Case in D.V.C.No.14 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Virudhunagar to the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tambaram.

5. Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Respondent, having no objections, this petition is allowed. The Domestic Violence Case in D.V.C.No.14 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Virudhunagar is transferred to the file of

the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
