The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.05.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 174 of Cr.P.C., subsequently altered into Sections 302 & 201 of IPC in Crime No.66 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Petitioner's earlier bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.14700 of 2023 was dismissed on 03.07.2023.

3. Since there is no change in circumstances and further, investigation in this case is not completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
