C.M.P.No.15659 of 2019 in O.S.A.No.313 of 2017 S.S.SUNDAR, J and P.B.BALAJI, J (Order of Court made by S.S.Sundar,J) This application is filed to implead the petitioner as the sixth respondent in O.S.A.No.313 of 2017.

This petition is filed by a stranger to implead him as stated above, for entirely a different cause of action/grievance.

This Court has already dismissed the application filed to implead a resolution professional, as not pressed, in C.M.P.No.4336 of 2019 today. Despite this matter being called today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the development that had taken place pending the appeal, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this petition as there is no representation. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
