Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the issue of proceedings Na. Ka. No.2268/A/2007 dated 04.06.2008 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same and direct the first respondent to appoint the petitioner in the post of Life Stock Assistant, animal Husbandry Department at Nilgiris District.
