Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in para number 6(b) in the order dated 09.09.2021 passed in Crl.O.P.No. 16407 of 2021 in so far relates to deposit of Rs.8,00,000/- and render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.BALAJI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 09.09.2021 this Court had enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, strongly opposed this petition, as the petitioner on his own volition only accepted to deposit the amount, while granting anticipatory bail.

3. As rightly pointed out by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), while granting anticipatory bail, the petitioner on his own volition, came forward to deposit the amount.
