ORDER
This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.05.2026.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

A perusal of the representation submitted by the petitioner reveals that the petitioner has sought for completion of the enquiry and closure of the FIR as if they have not committed any offence. The second respondent, based on the complaint lodged by one Veeramanikandan, registered a case in Crime No.39 of 2026 for the offences under Sections 296(b), 85, 115(2), 118(1), 109(1) and 49 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and the same is pending for investigation. Pending investigation, the petitioner submitted a representation seeking the above relief.

In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.39 of 2026 and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. No costs.
