This petition is filed to condone the delay of 14 days in filing the above CMA before this Court against the order dated 23.08.2022 made in MCOP.No.749 of 2020.

3.M/s.I.Malar, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent and she is now required to file his vakalat before the Registry.
