This contempt petition is filed by complaining that the order dated 15.03.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5017 of 2021 has not been complied with.

2. The learned Government Advocate, Criminal Side, on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thiruvallur and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thiruvallur, to act upon the final report within a period of four weeks.
