The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to implead the respondents 4 and 5/proposed parties in this CMP as respondents 4 and 5 in the above appeal.

The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any serious objection. According to him, the matter is already settled between the parties. Hence, this petition is allowed.

3. Mr. S. Udayakumar, learned counsel, undertakes to file vakalat for the proposed respondents.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter for settlement on 17.10.2022.
