The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ariyalur to dispose off the suit in O.S.No.71 of 2023, pending on its file.

2.Heard the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner. 1/4

3.The petitioner is the 1st defendant in the suit pending in O.S.No.71 of 2023 before the Principal District and Sessions Court, Ariyalur. The petitioner has sought for speedy disposal of the said suit. The suit is admittedly pending from 2023 onwards.

4.The learned Senior Counsel, Mr.P.Valliappan, would state that the trial has commenced way back in March 2024 itself. 5.In view of the limited relief sought for, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. The Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ariyalur, is directed to dispose of O.S.No.71 of 2023, pending on its file, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 30.09.2025. 6.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
