ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2, to trace out and produce the detenue, by name, Ms.Suruthi, aged 16 years, alleged daughter of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and she has been identified by her counsel.

3. The second respondent, viz., The Inspector of Police, Pallavaram Police Station, has produced the detenue.

4. The detenue has been enquired and she stated that she does not know the petitioner.

5. The father of the detenue by name, Rajasekar, who has been arrayed as third respondent, is present and he identified the detenue.

6. The detenue is willing to go with the third respondent/her father.
