C.M.P.No.15029 of 2022 in S.A.No.423 of 2012 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This petition has been filed by the petitioners/LR's of the sole appellant to condone the delay of 3187 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant in S.A.No.423 of 2012.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents/respondents would submit that he has no objection in allowing the present petition.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.
