This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3665 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.2240 of 2023 dated 14.03.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30.a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30.a.m., until furthers.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner are directed to appear before the respondent police once in two months i.e., 1st day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
