Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's applications dated 05.02.2019 and 08.05.2019 and thereby direct the respondents to measure the petitioner's property situated in Survey No.67/5C, Patta No.405, Mugalivakkam Village, Alandur Taluk and Kanchipuram District totally to an extent of 4.0 Ares or 9 3⁄4 cents of vacant land and erect milestones in the same. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's applications dated 05.02.2019 and 08.05.2019 and thereby direct the respondents to measure the petitioner's property situated in Survey No.67/5C, Patta No.405, Mugalivakkam Village, Alandur Taluk and Kanchipuram District totally to an extent of 4.0 Ares or 9 3⁄4 cents of vacant land and erect milestones in the same.

Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner, counter parties and adjacent owners if any and pass orders to survey the lands comprised in Survey No.67/5C, Patta No.405, situated at Mugalivakkam Village, Alandur Taluk and Kanchipuram District, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
