ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.Mp.No.6369 of 2020 in Crl.Op.No.11791 of 2020, dated 16.10.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.Mp.No.6369 of 2020 in Crl.Op.No.11791 of 2020, dated 16.10.2020 is modified. However, the petitioner shall report before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperambudur, on the first working day January 2021 and February 2021 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, the hearing dates fixed by the Trial Judge.

5.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
