This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.17 of 2015, dated 06.03.2015, pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the counsel on record has been appointed as Government Advocate (Crl.Side) of this Court. Hence, he sought for time to file change of Vakalat.

3. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that initially the case has been registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C and subsequently altered into offence under Section 306 of IPC. Now, the entire investigation has been completed and also filed final report before the concerned jurisdiction Magistrate Court.

4. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
