2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and upon hearing learned counsel for the parties and the proposed parties being a proper and necessary parties for effective adjudication of the Writ Petition, this impleading petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.

Post the W.P.No.17016 of 2012 after three weeks.
