When it is pointed out by Mr. M. Karthikeyan, Learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the Respondents, that the Competent Authority to take action in the matter is the District Revenue Officer to whom the Petitioner has not made any representation and is not party to the Writ Petition, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the District Revenue Officer for necessary relief.
