089. It appears that despite the directions of the CMDA / the first respondent, the erstwhile second respondent did not take any action.

3.It is, thus, directed that an inspection of the premises be made by the present second respondent / Corporation of Chennai within fifteen (15) days of the receipt of the order and in case, any unauthorised construction is found, action in accordance with law be taken, after notice to all concerned and concluded within the maximum period of two (2) months thereafter.
