Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to extend the benefits/concession granted to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises under the first respondent circular dated 07.02.2018 in RBI/2017-18/129, DBR No.BP.BC.100/21.04.2048/2017-18 and circular dated 06.06.2018 in RBI/2017-18/186, DBR No.BP.BC.108/21.04.2048/2017-18 to the petitioner company also in terms of Article 14 of Constitution of India.
