ORDER

It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint lodged by Thangavel in CSR No.241 of 2020 is pending and summons have been issued to both the parties for the enquiry, however, the petitioner has not appeared for the enquiry before the respondent police.

2.The petitioner's counsel represents that he is ready to cooperate with the respondent police and appear before the respondent police as directed by this Court for concluding the enquiry.

3.Taking into consideration the abovesaid factors, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 31.12.2020 for the purpose of concluding the enquiry and the respondent police is also directed to conclude the enquiry expeditiously.

With the abovesaid observations, the criminal original petition is closed.
