O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to deposit the maturity amount to the account of the petitioner maintained at State Bank of India by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 28.04.2025.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents based on the written instructions received from the 3rd respondent submitted that the maturity amount will be deposited in the bank account of the petitioner within the time frame fixed by this Court. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the maturity amount has to reach the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to ensure that the entire deposit amount along with interest is credited to the bank account of the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
