The above Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 01.04.2019 passed in IA.No.59/2018 in OS.No.3739/2017 by the XVII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai. 2.It is informed that the impleaded party has already submitted his proof affidavit and has been examined in cross. Therefore, the challenge to the impugned order works itself out. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner is concerned about the Court being influenced by the observations made in the impugned petition.
3. Considering the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed 2/4
with a direction to the learned XVII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai to pass orders without being influenced by any of the observations made in the impugned petition. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
