ORDER

When the original petition was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for respondent submitted that the entire amount has been paid by the petitioner and hence nothing survives in this case.

2. In the light of the above development, the award passed by the sole Arbitrator dated 09.05.2022 is set aside, the settlement arrived at between the parties is recorded and this original petition stands disposed of. Consequently, A.No.4595 of 2022 is closed. No costs.
