ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 380 of I.P.C, in Crime.No.2288 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and robbed cash and other valuable articles at knife point. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and is no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are 5 previous cases of similar nature pending against him. Hence he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the bad antecedents against against the petitioner and he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is having five previous case to his credit, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
