This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14339 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023 that the petitioner shall stay at Sivagangai and report before the Sivagangai Town Police Station daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
