This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in para 7(a) in Crl.O.P.No.14602 of on 19.06.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to that effect that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) jointly, to the credit of Crime No.123 of 2024 before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready and the victim is permitted to withdraw the same on filing of undertaking affidavit and proper identification and acknowledgment.
