By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.05.2024. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given representation before the second respondent to restore Survey No.5/2 in the online patta as per the manual revenue records with respect to his property, situated at Arathi Agraharam Village, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District. However, the same has not been considered by the second respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.05.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits for issuance of online patta in the name of the petitioner, after restoring the correct survey number, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
