This petition has been filed seeking to vacate the interim order of stay in the final decree proceedings. What is under challenged is the final decree making allotments of property as per the preliminary decree. If the stay is vacated, the appeal would become infructuous. I do not see any reason to vacate the stay hence, the petition to vacate the stay is dismissed, the stay granted in C.M.P.No.23133 of 2018 is made absolute.
