C.M.P.No.13992 of 2020 has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased Appellant Late Mr.Ganesan namely, 1 to 3 petitioners as Cross Objectors 2 to 4 in the Cross Objection No.81 of 2016 in C.M.A.No.1941 of 2016.

C.M.P.No.13995 of 2020 has been filed to set aside the abatement of the Cross Objection No.81 of 2016 due to death of the Cross Objector Late Mr.Ganesan.

3.The respondents/appellants have not raised any serious objection for allowing these applications.

4.This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of the said applications.

5.Accordingly, CMP Nos.13992 and 13995 of 2020 are allowed as prayed for.

6.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and list the Second Appeal for hearing on 13.07.2021.
