Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to forward the petitioner's application dated 10.05.2013 to the 2nd respondent and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to call him for interview and permit him to attend the same on the day to be fixed, for the selection to the post of Registrar of the 2nd respondent University, based on the notification in Advertisement No.04.TNPESU/Rectt/ESTT/T/N/2013-01 dated 26.04.2013 and to proceed selection based on the petitioner's educational qualification with experience by considering his application.
