This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8558 of 2023 order dated 24.04.2023.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition from 24.06.2023 till 23.07.2023. Thereafter, did not comply the condition.
3.In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
