This petition has been filed by the petitioner to implead the petitioner herein as the 4th respondent in W.P.No.28668 of 2017.

2. According to the petitioner, the writ petitioner has constructed a church unauthorizedly without obtaining any permission and in this regard, the petitioner along with other persons made a representation to the Sub-Collector, Pollachi and therefore, he seeks to be impleaded as party to the writ proceedings.

3. Considering the above and in view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and the proposed party is necessary for effective adjudication of the issue involved in the writ petition, the present petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the writ petition.

5. Call the matter on 08.02.2022.
