ORDER
The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to call the petitioner for additional certificate verification, as the petitioner has been selected under the direct recruitment of Special Teachers for the years 2012 to 2016, but certain unfilled communal turns remain.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner must be given an opportunity for physical certificate verification and in this Page No.2 of 6
connection he has sent representation dated 12.05.2025 to the respondents.

At this juncture the Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that the communication for certificate verification has already been issued to the petitioner and that the same has been acknowledged and admitted by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition in paragraph 5. For ready reference, paragraph 5 is extracted hereunder:
"5. I respectfully submit that I was placed in the said list serial No.7 and the date of certificate verification was fixed on 15.04.2025. Unfortunately to my misfortune, I was unable to follow the communication uploaded in the official website of the nd respondent on 20.03.2025 and also unable to attend the date of certificate verification on 15.04.2025."
4. According to the above submission, it is the case of the petitioner that she was unable to participate in the certificate verification, as she did not see the Page No.3 of 6
notice published on the website. Further, the submissions made by the 2 nd respondent that a separate certificate verification cannot be conducted for a single candidate, especially when no fault lies with the respondents, are wellmerited, and this Court concurs with the submission of the 2 nd respondent.
5. In view of the above position, this Court does not find any infirmity and therefore, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
