PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent dated 11.06.2024 in C.M.P.No.19/GOONDA/2024 (M1) against the petitioner's son Chithambaram, Male aged 27 years, S/o. Mani, who is confined at Central Prison, Salem and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and set him at liberty.
