ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.) The petitioner is the mother of one Kalaiselvi. Kalaiselvi married one Sengamalai and out of their wedlock, they got three children. According to the petitioner, from 31.12.2016 onwards, Kalaiselvi was found missing. Apprehending that the 2nd respondent had abducted her, the petitioner made a complaint before the 1st respondent and the respondent issued a receipt in CSR.No.19/2016 on 12.02.2016. Earlier, she filed Habeas Corpus Petition in H.C.P.No.359 of 2016 and the 1st respondent informed that they identified the location of the detenue and will rescue the detenue soon. Recording that, the earlier petition was closed. Despite that, the respondent did not secure the detenue. Hence, she has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition.
2. Today, the detenue was produced before this Court by the 1st respondent and on enquiry, she told the Court that on her own she went to a temple. Now, she has come back and has joined https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
with her children. The petitioner was also present before this Court and she said that she is willing to take back the detenue.
2. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
