2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, there is no petition enquiry or FIR is pending against the petitioner.

3. In the light of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that there is no petition enquiry or FIR is pending against the petitioner, this Court is of the view that, there is no need to pass any positive order in this petition.
