This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14094 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023 that the petitioner shall report before any other police station instead of All Women Police Station, Hosur, Krishnagiri635 109.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition No.8(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14094 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, as and when required by the respondent on issuance of summons. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
