The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that though the Civil Revision Petition was allowed on 24.07.2019 by imposing compensatory cost of Rs.3,000/- payable to the counsel for the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, the said order was made ready only on 01.12.2020 and so he could not peruse the copy of the order and pay the amount in time. Therefore, he has come forward with the present petition for extension of time to comply with the order dated 24.07.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent represented that in E.P., sale has been executed and the sale price has been paid.

3. Perusal of the records shows that even in the order, there is no default clause and the respondent has also appeared in the C.R.P and he is well aware of the order passed by this Court. Therefore, now he cannot come and say that the sale has been executed and the amount has been paid for the execution of the sale. Therefore, I am inclined to extend the time for payment of cost of Rs.3,000/- to the counsel for the petitioner in I.A.No.391/2017 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
