These applications are filed to condone the delay of 154 days in preferring the appeals.

Learned counsel for non-applicants 1 and 2, opposes these applications on the ground that no sufficient cause is mentioned.

We have gone through the accompanying affidavit. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 154 days in preferring these appeals is condoned. Accordingly, these applications are allowed and are disposed of.
