It is seen that the petitioner herein had already filed a petition in W.M.P.No.7899 of 2020 to implead him as a party in W.P.No.1615 of 2020 and the same was ordered by this Court on 02.09.2024.

2. In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed by this Court in this petition. Hence, this petition is closed.
