ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.7(b) in Crl.O.P No.11269 and Crl.O.P.No.11273 of 2026 order dated on 30.04.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in para No.7(b) in Crl.O.P No.11269 and Crl.O.P.No.11273 of 2026 order dated 30.04.2026 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.1, Walajapet, Ranipet District weekly once i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders". The other conditions remain unaltered.
