The learned counsel on record for the petitioner and the sole respondent, as party in person are present.

2. The wife has come before this Court seeking to transfer HMOP No. 378 of 2011, filed by the respondent husband seeking for divorce, before the Sub Court, Poonamallee to the Principal Sub Court, Thiruvannamalai, within whose jurisdiction the petitioner is residing.

3. The respondent appeared in person and submitted that he has no objection for transferring the above petition to the file of the Principal Sub Court, Thiruvannamalai. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of that, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the case in HMOP No. 378/2011 on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee, is ordered to be transferred to the Principal Sub Court at Tiruvannamalai. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
